On January 16, 2025, the Morgan County R-II Board of Education approved an update to our district calendar. This update is a snow make-up day scheduled for Monday, April 28, 2025. 

The winter storm that passed through earlier this month, January 6-10, caused the district to utilize its three built-in snow days and one additional snow day not built into our annual district calendar. It is because of this that we must currently make up one school day. By providing advanced notice parents/guardians can be prepared to have their student(s) attend school on April 28, however, we will send reminders as we get closer to this date.

Reminder: Please plan to join us this Friday, January 24 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Versailles High School Commons & Cafeteria for another great throwback meal from the Lucille Bishop era! Kids 6-10 are $5 and Kids 5 and under are FREE!  All proceeds go to the purchase of graduation caps and gowns for our PKers! Come enjoy a meal and then watch the JV/V Boys and Varsity Girls Basketball teams compete against Sherwood at home. Basketball games start at 5:00 p.m.
