Friday, May 23, 2025 will be the last day of school for the 24-25 School Year. School will dismiss early at 12:00PM.

Tiger Baseball Team Wins Against Osage at First Round of District Baseball

Congratulations to our Varsity High School Tiger Baseball team and coaches on their win against Osage this past Saturday, May 17 at the first round of the District Baseball Tournament at Blair Oaks (Jefferson City/Wardsville).

The Tigers won against the Osage Indians 26 - 8!!!

They will now play against the Blair Oaks Falcons on Tuesday, May 20, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. at Blair Oaks in the second round. GO TIGERS!

Versailles High School Tiger Track & Field Athletes Headed to State Championship

Congratulations to our outstanding Track & Field athletes who have qualified for the State Track & Field Championships!

The competition will take place this Friday, May 23, and Saturday, May 24, at Adkins Stadium in Jefferson City.

At this past weekend's Sectional Track Meet, our Varsity athletes delivered impressive performances:
  • Freshman Raegan Albrecht kicked things off by securing a 4th place finish in the High Jump, earning her spot at State.
  • Our Boys 4x800m Relay Team followed with a strong 2nd place finish, setting a season-best time of 8:39 and punching their ticket to Jefferson City.
  • Senior Kylee Richey had a phenomenal meet, becoming the Sectional Champion in both the Triple Jump and Long Jump. She claimed 1st place in Triple Jump with a leap of 11.42m and followed up with a Long Jump of 5.20m to secure another victory.

Best of luck to all our athletes as they compete at the State Championships — we’re proud of you! GO TIGERS!!!

Due to the inclement weather conditions that are forecasted in Jeff City, the District Baseball games have been postponed to Tuesday, May 20th. We will play Blair Oaks at 5:00 p.m. at Blair Oaks.

Where: Sports Complex

Cost: $10.00 per athlete (Money helps cover cost of food for athletes for next year season).

MS Girls Basketball Camp Next Week - May 27th - May 30th

INCOMING 7TH & 8TH GRADE MIDDLE SCHOOL GIRLS INTERESTED IN BASKETBALL

Summer opportunities are just around the corner, and the Versailles Middle School Girls Basketball program is looking forward to working with all of the girls to build on their skills and to grow as a group in the off-season! 

Coach Meriah Wheaton would like parents/guardians to review the opportunities and fill out the Form: https://forms.gle/9kdEoJLU3vtKAzwSA to indicate what your student athlete plans to participate in. If you have any issues with the Google Form, please feel free to reach out to her with any questions/concerns. 

Coach Wheaton asks that parents/guardians, as well as students join the Versailles Middle School Lady Tiger Basketball group on ParentSquare (or StudentSquare for students) to stay informed on all important information moving forward.

Downloading the ParentSquare App (for parents) and/or the StudentSquare App (for students) makes it very easy to access and navigate, as well as receive information!

Girls Golf Informational Meeting To Be Helf Friday, May 23, 2025

Are you interested in playing high school golf next fall as a VHS freshman during the 2025–2026 school year? Or, do you know a future 25-26 SY VHS freshman that would be interested? If so, the high school girl's golf team is having an informational meeting for current 8th grade girls (and high school girls in grades 9-11) that are interested playing golf next school year. Bring your parent/guardian and learn more!

The meeting will be on Friday, May 23, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at Rolling Hills Country Club. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the team, meet the coaches, and ask any questions you may have.
